Pricing Questions

Do you have fixed prices?

Some clearly defined projects can be quoted as a fixed project, while other work is better suited to hourly or ongoing support. The right approach depends on the scope.

Can I hire Everlance LLC for a one-time task?

Yes. One-time projects can be scoped separately without requiring an ongoing arrangement.

Do you offer ongoing support?

Yes. Recurring support can be arranged based on the type of work, expected workload and frequency.

Can different services be combined?

Yes. A project may involve more than one service area, such as file organization together with automation or CRM support.

Will I know the cost before work starts?

The pricing approach and agreed scope are confirmed before the work begins. If requirements materially change during a project, any change in scope should be discussed before additional work is carried out.

Do third-party software costs form part of your service fee?

Software subscriptions, platform fees or other third-party costs may be separate from Everlance LLC’s service fee. Any relevant requirements should be identified during the scope review where possible.

Not Sure Which Type of Support You Need?

You don’t need to choose a package before contacting us. Tell us what you’re trying to accomplish and we’ll review the requirement and discuss an appropriate way to structure the work.
